Apple Pie and Vanilla Smoothie


This smoothie recipe ticks all the boxes, refreshing, indulgent and delicious.

1 sachet of vanilla complete protein powder

1 apple peeled, cored and chopped

¼ cup raw oats

½ cup greek yogurt

½ teaspoon of apple pie spice (refer to recipe)

¼ cup cashew nuts

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup of coconut or almond milk

½ cup of water



Place all the ingredients in your processor/blender and mix until at desired consistency, pour into a glass and enjoy!
