Honey Cookies

by

These days it is really hard to find a delicious cookie recipe without all that processed sugar. I love to make this one with the kids as it is super easy and quick to make and it is teaching them from a young age the importance of eating well.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ cup flaked almonds
  • 1 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of macadamia oil
  • 3 egg whites

Method:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a blender
  2. Add wet ingredients and blend.
  3. Form into 12 biscuits and bake in a 180 C oven for 20 mins.
  4. Cool down on wire oven rack and enjoy!
